Returns & Refund Policy

At m8ntra, product quality and integrity are our highest priorities. Because our products are intended for laboratory research and their handling cannot be verified once they leave our facility, we generally do not accept returns.
Returns
All sales are considered final.
To help maintain product integrity and quality standards, products that have been shipped are not eligible for return or exchange.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable
If we determine that an error occurred on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Lost Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.
If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
